PetVax ("PetVax", "we", "us", or "our") is a pet management application designed to help you manage your pets' profiles, vaccination records, medical records, photos, reminders, and daily activities.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is stored and handled when you use the PetVax application.

1. Fully Offline App

PetVax works fully offline.

You do not need an internet connection, account, registration, or PetVax server to use the core features of the application.

You can create and manage your pet profiles, vaccination records, medical records, photos, reminders, daily activities, and settings directly on your device.

The information you enter into PetVax is stored locally on your device in the application's private storage.

PetVax does not operate its own server for storing your pet information. Your pet data is not automatically uploaded to a PetVax server.

2. Information You Enter

Depending on the features you use, PetVax may allow you to enter information such as:

• Pet name
• Pet photo
• Species
• Breed
• Date of birth or age
• Sex
• Weight
• Vaccination information
• Vaccine manufacturer
• Batch or lot number
• Vaccine expiration date
• Medical records and notes
• Reminder information
• Daily activity information
• App settings

This information is stored locally on your device.

3. How Your Pet Data Is Stored

Your pet profiles, vaccination records, medical records, photos, reminders, daily activities, and settings are stored in the app's private storage on your device.

PetVax does not upload this information to its own servers.

PetVax does not require you to create an account to store or manage your pet information.

Because your core pet information is stored locally, PetVax can continue to provide its core pet-management features without an internet connection.

4. Pet Photos and Medical Information

Photos and information that you add to PetVax are stored locally on your device.

PetVax does not intentionally upload your pet photos, vaccination records, medical records, or other pet-profile information to a PetVax server.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into the application.

PetVax is a record-keeping and reminder application and does not provide veterinary diagnosis or medical treatment.

5. Backup, Export, and Sharing

If PetVax provides features that allow you to export, back up, or share your information, the information will leave your device only when you choose to use those features.

An exported or backup file may contain some or all of your PetVax information.

Anyone who obtains such a file may be able to read its contents. You are responsible for keeping exported or shared files secure.

PetVax does not automatically upload your backup files to a PetVax server.

6. Internet Connection

The core pet-management functionality of PetVax is designed to work offline.

However, certain optional features and third-party services may require an internet connection. These may include advertising, crash reporting, analytics, and Google Play in-app purchases.

When such services are used, the applicable third-party provider may process limited information as described in this Privacy Policy and in the provider's own privacy policies.

This does not mean that PetVax uploads your locally stored pet records to its own server.

7. Advertising

PetVax may use Google AdMob to display advertisements.

AdMob and its advertising partners may process certain information necessary to provide and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, and maintain advertising services.

Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and advertising configuration, this information may include:

• Device information

• App information
• Advertising interaction information
• Diagnostic information
• Approximate location information derived from technical data

PetVax does not use your pet's vaccination records, medical records, or pet photos as its own advertising database.

8. Firebase Crash Reporting

PetVax may use Firebase Crashlytics to detect, investigate, and fix application crashes and technical problems.

Crashlytics may collect technical and diagnostic information associated with application crashes, such as:

This information is used to help improve application stability and identify technical problems.

Crash reporting does not mean that PetVax uploads your locally stored pet profiles, vaccination records, medical records, or pet photos to a PetVax server.

9. Firebase Analytics

PetVax may use Google Firebase Analytics to understand application usage and improve the application's functionality.

Depending on the configuration of the application, Firebase Analytics may collect information such as:

• App usage information
• Screen views

• App events

• Advertising identifiers
• Approximate location information
• Technical information

The information collected by Firebase Analytics depends on the services and configuration implemented in the application.

10. Google Play Services

PetVax may use Google Play Services to support Android and Google Play functionality.

Google Play Services may process certain technical information and identifiers required to provide its services.

11. In-App Purchases

PetVax may offer optional premium features through Google Play's in-app purchase system.

The free version of PetVax may allow you to add one pet. A premium purchase may allow you to add additional pets, up to the maximum limit specified within the application.

Payments are processed by Google Play.

PetVax does not collect or store your credit card, debit card, UPI credentials, or other payment credentials used to complete a Google Play purchase.

Google may process purchase-related information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

12. Data Sharing

PetVax does not sell your pet information.

PetVax does not intentionally share your locally stored pet profiles, vaccination records, medical records, or photos with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

However, third-party services integrated into the application, such as Google AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, and Google Play Services, may process information necessary for their respective functions.

These services operate according to their own privacy policies and terms.

13. Data Security

PetVax stores your core pet information locally on your device.

We take reasonable measures to protect information stored within the application. However, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backup or exported files.

14. Data Retention

Your pet profiles, records, photos, reminders, activities, and settings remain stored locally on your device until you delete them, clear the application's data, uninstall PetVax, or otherwise remove them through the application's available features.

Because PetVax does not maintain a server containing your core pet records, PetVax does not have a separate server-side copy of this information.

Third-party services may retain technical, advertising, analytics, diagnostic, or purchase-related information according to their respective policies.

15. Uninstalling PetVax

Uninstalling PetVax may remove all locally stored PetVax data from your device.

After uninstalling the application, PetVax cannot recover locally stored information from its own servers because PetVax does not maintain a server-side copy of your pet records.

If you previously created a backup or exported your information, you may be able to recover your data from that backup, depending on the backup method used.

16. Children's Privacy

PetVax is a general-purpose pet management application.

We do not knowingly request children to provide personal information such as their name, email address, telephone number, or postal address.

17. Third-Party Websites and Services

PetVax may contain links to third-party websites or services.

Third-party services, including Google services, are operated independently from PetVax and are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to PetVax, its features, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements.
